Sub-processors
The third-party companies we use to run the Titan OS platform, what each one does, and where it is based.

A sub-processor is a company we use to provide Titan OS that may process personal data our clients put into the platform. Each one processes data only on our instructions and under a contract that requires it to protect that data. Where a sub-processor processes data outside the UK, the transfer is covered by the safeguards required under UK data protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or an adequacy decision.
The platform's database, sign-in and file storage are in London.

Hosting and data storage
Supabase Inc
- What for: the platform's database, sign-in, file storage and server functions.
- Data: everything held on the platform.
- Where: London, United Kingdom (Amazon Web Services, eu-west-2).
Vercel Inc
- What for: serves the platform's web app to your browser.
- Data: technical request information only, such as IP address, browser and the page requested. Your platform data does not pass through Vercel.
- Where: Vercel is based in the United States. Visitors in the UK are served from its London location.
AI
Anthropic PBC
- What for: every AI feature on the platform, including HawkAI, reports, reviews, plans and call summaries. Anthropic's Claude models are the only AI used on the platform.
- Data: the information each feature needs to produce its result, for example numbers, check-in answers, chat messages or call transcripts. Anthropic's commercial terms do not allow it to use this data to train its models.
- Where: Anthropic is based in the United States.
Communication
Resend Inc
- What for: sends platform emails, such as invitations, password emails, reminders and summaries.
- Data: the recipient's name and email address, and the content of the email.
- Where: Resend is based in the United States.
OneSignal Inc
- What for: sends push notifications to people who turn them on.
- Data: a platform user ID, the device the notifications were turned on for, and the notification text.
- Where: OneSignal is based in the United States.
Google LLC
- What for: Google Workspace runs the Titanom mailbox that receives platform alerts and support replies. Google Fonts serves the platform's fonts.
- Data: the content of alerts and emails sent to us. For fonts, your browser's IP address.
- Where: Google is based in the United States.
Coaching calls and video
Fathom Video Inc
- What for: records our coaching calls and sends the recording link, transcript and summary to the platform.
- Data: call recordings, transcripts and summaries, and the names and email addresses of people invited to the call.
- Where: Fathom is based in the United States.
Wistia Inc
- What for: hosts and plays the training videos inside the platform.
- Data: the viewer's IP address and how much of a video is watched.
- Where: Wistia is based in the United States.
Support and maintenance
Functional Software Inc (Sentry)
- What for: reports technical errors so we can fix them.
- Data: the error and the page it happened on. Names, email addresses and IP addresses are removed before anything is sent.
- Where: European Union (Germany).
GitHub Inc
- What for: tracks bug reports raised through the platform's support tickets, so our developers can fix them.
- Data: the ticket's content and the name of the person who raised it.
- Where: GitHub is based in the United States.
AWMEDIA.MARKETING LTD (AW Media)
- What for: builds and maintains the platform, and responds to support tickets and security alerts.
- Data: access to platform data where needed to fix a problem, and the content of support tickets and security alerts.
- Where: Sheffield, United Kingdom.

When we add or replace a sub-processor, we update this page and the date at the top of it.
