How Titanom.AI collects, uses and protects your information, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Last updated: 27 July 2026

Who we are

Titanom.AI provides AI intelligence systems and consultancy for founder-led businesses, and runs the free Growth Intelligence Audit and the free training offered on this website. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Titanom.AI.

For anything to do with your data, including any of the requests set out below, contact us at info@titanom.ai.

What we collect

Information you give us

When you book an audit or request the free training, we ask for your name, email address, mobile number and, optionally, your Instagram handle. We also record which page you submitted from and when.

If you arrived from an advert or a campaign link, we record the campaign identifiers attached to that link so we know which advert brought you here. These are the standard utm parameters and, for Meta adverts, a click identifier.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we collect technical information about your visit: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how far down a page you scroll, which buttons you click and how much of a video you watch. This is used to understand what is working on the site and to measure our advertising.

Cookies and tracking

We use the following third-party tools. Each one sets its own cookies or similar identifiers.

  • Google Analytics 4. Measures visits, traffic sources and how people move through the site. See Google's privacy policy.
  • Meta Pixel. Measures the results of our Facebook and Instagram advertising and allows us to show adverts to people who have visited the site. See Meta's privacy policy.
  • Microsoft Clarity. Records anonymised session replays and heatmaps so we can see where people get stuck. See Microsoft's privacy statement.
  • Wistia. Hosts and plays the videos on this site and reports how much of each video is watched. See Wistia's privacy policy.
  • GoHighLevel. Holds your enquiry and our correspondence with you, and runs our booking calendar. See GoHighLevel's privacy policy.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them will not stop you using the site or booking an audit. You can opt out of Google Analytics across every website using the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, and you can control advert personalisation in your Meta ad preferences.

Why we are allowed to use it

Under UK data protection law we rely on the following:

  • Your consent, when you submit a form asking us to contact you, and when you allow analytics and advertising cookies.
  • Legitimate interests, to run and improve our business, understand how the site performs and measure our advertising. We only rely on this where it does not override your rights.
  • Legal obligation, where we have to keep records for tax or accounting.

How we use it

  • To contact you about the audit or training you asked for.
  • To deliver the free training and the materials that come with it.
  • To follow up about working together, by email, phone or message.
  • To measure which adverts and pages produce enquiries.
  • To improve the website and what we offer.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who else sees it

Your details are held in the tools listed above, which process data on our behalf under contract. Some of them are based outside the UK, including in the United States. Where that happens, transfers are covered by the safeguards required under UK data protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or an adequacy decision.

We may also share information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we are in contact with you and for up to three years after our last contact, so that we can pick up where we left off. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of each tool, typically no more than fourteen months. Records we have to keep for tax purposes are kept for six years.

You can ask us to delete your details sooner at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • Give you a copy of the information we hold about you.
  • Correct anything that is wrong.
  • Delete your information.
  • Stop or limit how we use it.
  • Send your information to another provider.
  • Stop sending you marketing, which you can also do using the unsubscribe link in any email.

Email info@titanom.ai and we will respond within one month. If you are not happy with how we have handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Security

Your information is held in established third-party platforms that use encryption in transit and at rest, and access is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you give us.

Children

This site is aimed at business owners and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information about children.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
